Our Mission

Reintegration isn't a moment. It's a relationship.

We exist because the hardest part of service often comes after the discharge papers are signed. Team FAST Foundation stands in that gap.

Coming home can feel like the loneliest deployment. Structure disappears. Brotherhood fades. We were built by veterans and families who've lived it, and we pair recreational therapy, peer connection, and continuity of care to give veterans a real off-ramp from isolation back into community.

Focusing

Eyes locked on the veteran in front of us, the family behind them, the road ahead.

On Always

Twenty-two veterans a day means we don't take a day off.

Strengthening

Programs built to rebuild body, mind, brotherhood, and family.

Our Troops

Active, retired, and the families who carry them. Our people, always.

Programs

What we offer, and how it works.

Programs are free for any veteran or military family. Three ways in, one mission throughout: nobody walks the reintegration road alone.

Recreational Therapy

Get outside. Get connected.

Adaptive outdoor experiences led by trained therapeutic staff. We use shared challenge in the wild as the doorway into healing — because for a lot of veterans, that doorway is easier to walk through than a clinical one.

  • Adaptive outdoor activities and immersive retreats
  • Small groups, deep relationships, no scripts
  • Trained therapeutic and peer support staff

Year-Round

Peer Connection

The brotherhood doesn't stop when a program ends. Ongoing meetups, group calls, and check-ins from staff and peer mentors who've walked the same road keep veterans tethered to a community that gets it.

  • Monthly group connection
  • Peer-to-peer mentorship pairing
  • Crisis warmline support

Family

Family Support

Reintegration is a family event. Spouses, kids, and caregivers carry their own weight. We make space for them, too — because no veteran heals in a vacuum.

  • Family weekends and retreats
  • Caregiver resource library
  • Connection with other military families

Our intake is built by veterans who know the paperwork shouldn't be the hardest part. Three steps, real humans, no judgment.

1

2

A quick conversation with one of our team to understand what kind of support fits where you're at.

3

Show up. Travel, lodging, meals, and gear are all covered. Bring yourself, leave the rest to us.

Founded by veterans and families who saw too many friends slip through the cracks between active duty and a civilian life that didn't know how to receive them.
